Resting on the bottom at about 160 feet of depth, perfectly upright the freighter makes for a great artificial reef home to loads of wildlife. Much encrustations and growth are abundant on the wreck and as can be seen from the video, the variety of fish is great. Of course the lionfish is also represented there in great numbers as well. Brownie’s Marine Group Comes To Europe

The 42nd annual International Boat Show Düsseldorf, Boot 2011, opened its doors yesterday. The show is scheduled to attract some 500,000 boat show and 100,000 diver attendees this year and is probably one of the most important boat industry shows of the year in Europe.
For the first time ever, Brownie’s Marine Group has a real physical presence there with a booth as part of a collaboration with BtS Europe AG, a large Germany based distributor of high quality dive equipment. BtS Europe AG has been established on the European Diving market for 15 years and has over this period evolved into a key player and specialist in the following market segments: Steel and Aluminum Cylinder, Advanced Diving Equipment and Concepts and Dry Suit Systems. BtS Europe AG is also the distributor for most of the European territory for a number of highest quality brands including Halcyon and DUI. The company is spearheaded by Thomas Dederichs who has long been a friend of Brownie’s Marine Group.
